Workshop · Limited seats

You keep hearing you should use AI. Nobody says how.

A working session for local business owners who want to put AI to work and don't know where to start. No jargon, no hype, and nothing you need a technical background to follow. You leave knowing what to actually do on Monday morning.

What we cover

  • What AI is genuinely good at in a small business — and the things it is still bad at, so you don't waste money finding out.
  • The handful of jobs worth handing over first: the repetitive, written, and lookup work that eats your week.
  • Writing instructions that get a usable answer instead of a generic one.
  • What it costs, realistically, and what you can do for nothing.
  • Where a human has to stay in the loop — and the kinds of mistakes that happen when nobody is.

What to bring

  • A laptop — you'll be doing, not just listening
  • Pen and paper, or a notepad — for notes
  • Business cards — there's time set aside to meet the other owners in the room

Who it's for

Owners and operators of local businesses — trades, clinics, salons, agencies, shops, professional services. If you run the place and the technology decisions land on you, this is built for you.

After the workshop

Most people can take what they learn and run with it, and that's a fine outcome. If you'd rather have it set up properly and working in your business, that's what Platform, LLC does, and we can talk about it then. There's no pitch during the session.
